My earliest memory of singing in front of people is my kindergarten recital. I sang Braham’s Lullaby. Sometime prior to the performance I managed to untuck my neatly tucked in shirt that my mother had so hoped I would be able to keep tucked in.† My appearance received quite a lot of laughter when I stepped on stage, as my shirttail was almost down to my knees, and my parents were relatively sure I would not utter a note. Much to their surprise and most of the people attending I’m told I sang the entire song without so much as a second thought. I suppose that is where my musical journey began. I was born in Gallatin, Tennessee and have lived in the Nashville area all my life.† My father is a choir director and my mother and sister sing in his choir.† So as one would imagine music has been an integral part of my life.

I attended Volunteer State Community College and Nichols Art Institute.† After school I began working as a graphic artist for L.M. Berry Company, which recently became a division of AT&T.† After 33 years at that job I recently made the decision to retire due to downsizing at the company.† This was a very scary decision to make, not knowing where or if I would be able to find another job, which I had to do.† But God is so faithful, He moved in a wonderful and powerful way, and I was employed with a great new position within two weeks after I left my old job.

I married a beautiful girl named Amanda on December 9, 1989.† And on January 26, 1994 she gave birth to our son, Dylan.† I am a former member of the Christ Church Choir (20 years).† I met many wonderful people and formed lifelong friendships while in the choir.† I also had the privilege of going on several mission trips to the Ukraine.† The Christ Church Choir was one of the first religious groups to ever sing in the former Soviet Union.† It was an awesome experience each time we went.† My family and I now attend Long Hollow Baptist Church in Hendersonville, Tennessee.

Thank you for visiting our website and reading about our lives.† We hope you will enjoy our music and we pray that God will bless you and lead you down the path to Redemption Road!
